Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Information

We are currently only shipping within Australia. Unfortunately shipping companies often experience delays. This is a matter which is out of our control. If you are experiencing a delay, please be patient, and contact us to advise shesknots@gmail.com

Online orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

she's knots is mindful of our planet, and at times you may receive your purchased items in recycled packaging. This due to the high volume of packaging we receive and therefore we prefer to reuse and recycle as much as we can rather than add to landfill.

Return or Exchange 

We offer a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. 

​

To be eligible for a return / refund, we require proof of purchase, and your item must be returned in brand new condition, in the original packaging. 

​

Shipping cost for returns must be paid by you and will not be reimbursed by us.

​

If your item/s are damaged during transit, please make contact within 48 hours of receipt, so a replacement item or refund can be approved. Email us at shesknots@gmail.com and include a photo of the damaged item, along with a photo of the packaging.
